Sub : Invitation for one day meeting for enhancing the pace of implementation of various MNRE schemes in Industrial, Institutional, House hold, Commercial sectors through MNRE accredited channel partners in the state of M.P.

May please refer to our earlier letter dt. 31-01-2013 where in it was indicated that the meeting of channel partners is scheduled on 15^th February, 2013.

Due to some unavoidable circumstances, the meeting is postponed and now shall take place on 27^th February, 2013 at the venue mentioned below :-

AGENDA POINTS FOR THE PROPOSED MEETING OF MNRE CHANNEL PARTNERS

General Points :-

· Invitation to all the channel partners to operate in the state of M.P. where the possibility of business is immense. An open canvas with lot of buyers available from institutional, industrial, commercial and domestic sector for various renewable energy equipments like SPV Power Plants, SPV Street Lights, SPV Home Lights, SPV Lanterns, SPV pumps, Solar Water Heating systems, Solar Cookers etc.

· Identification of those channel partners who wish to participate in programme implementation in the state of M.P.

· Programme wise segregation of channel partners in respect of SPV, Solar Thermal , Bio-mass and wind hybrid programmes.

· Induction of market mode of implementation of programmes in the state through channel partners.

· Feedback from the channel partners in respect of market mode implementation of the programmes in other states.

· Suggestions from channel partners for incorporating the best aspects of market mode implementations of the other states .

· Assessment of overall aggregate system capacity which could be deployed through channel partners in the state within the allocations allotted to them by MNRE directly.

· Facilitation to channel partners for effecting the implementation through a network of more than 100 Akshay Urja Shops already developed by MPUVNL in the state.

· Facilitation to channel partners from rural banks, co-operative banks, lead banks for establishing a mechanism for easy financing for the systems.

· Suggestions for effecting online purchase of Renewable energy equipments through market mode implementation.
